His portfolio features many international projects, varying from clean hydrogen to heavy industries, which he has led through all project stages, transforming concepts to thriving operations.

Jalal’s business acumen is cultivated through many years of senior leadership, education, and professional training. He is currently the Managing Director of SDV Consulting Engineers, while his previous positions included the CEO (MEA & India) of McPhy Energy, and the Managing Director of Sacré-Davey Group International. Jalal holds bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in industrial engineering, design and manufacturing, and engineering management. He is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, Canada, and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.
